Holidays booked through TheTravelBrand.com are governed by these conditions and our Website Notice Legal Terms & Conditions. Should you require any clarification of these Terms and Conditions, please ask your Sales Consultant at the time of booking.

Financial Protection

The air holidays and flights shown are ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority, and we act as agents for licensed tour operators and flight operators. The flight bookings we make are also ATOL Protected, except when tickets for schedule flights are sent to you within 24 hours of payment being accepted, or where your payment is made direct to airlines. ATOL Protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom. For further information about ATOL see www.atol.org.uk.

Tour Operator's Conditions/Fair Trading Terms

Please note that all bookings are subject to the Tour Operator's conditions of booking. These contain limitations and exclusions of liability to any person who travels with the Tour Operator. We will ask you to sign a booking form confirming your agreement to these terms. The accommodation and amenities are as described in the Tour Operator's brochure and therefore any changes made by the Tour Operator are subject to their booking conditions. The Tour Operator reserves the right to change routes and holiday details, the flight timings are provisional and could be subject to change. You will be informed of any major change. All costings are subject to final confirmation as appearing on the Tour Operator's invoice, errors and omissions are excepted. Children's discounts are subject to the correct age of the child being given as at the last date of the holiday. On this Website we cannot contain all information relevant to the Tour Operator's holiday or travel arrangements so it is important that you read your Tour Operator's brochure.

Holiday Discounts

The discount applied on holidays booked through the Holiday Discount Section is based on the Tour Operator's invoiced basic cost. The total basic holiday price is the brochure price after any special reduction given by the Tour Operator, excluding surcharges, supplements, insurance, car hire, amendment and cancellation charges and special excursions. The discount is only valid provided payment is made by the due date and travel actually takes place. Discounts will only apply to bookings made at least ten weeks prior to departure.

Late Offers

All prices and holiday information within Late Offers are supplied from the Tour Operator's systems to Page & Moy. It is given in good faith however Page & Moy cannot be responsible for any errors in the information supplied by the Tour Operator or for any subsequent changes or alterations made by the tour operator. The data displayed on this Website is supplied by the Tour Operator to Page & Moy at frequent intervals and is then updated onto the pages of this Website regularly. Every effort is made to display current data, however, availability is constantly changing and Page & Moy cannot guarantee the availability of Tour Operator's holidays. We must point out therefore that all holidays are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Flights

All flight bookings made on this website are subject to the Terms & Conditions of carriage of the airline you are travelling with. These will be shown in full before your booking is confirmed.

Booking Confirmation
After your booking has been confirmed, we will send a Confirmation Email to your email address. This will contain details of your travel arrangements and costs. Please check that the information is as requested. Should you have queries, call our special help line on 0906 601 1150. Calls are charged at 60p a minute.

Making Payment Online
You can feel confident about making an online payment transaction as we have implemented a security programme to keep the information stored in our systems protected from unauthorised access. Our system is configured with data encryption, or scrambling technologies. This means when you send your Personal Data to us, it is transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology provided by VeriSign and is secure. For security purposes and peace of mind, we have also implemented a system to verify the validation of payment transactions. Details go through a brief checking process, which means that Credit Card transactions will only be authorised if all the necessary details entered are matched. Please note that flight tickets will only be sent to the address on the Cardholder's details.

Changes and Cancellations
Please note that all changes and cancellations are subject to the conditions of the airline you are travelling with. Please read and take a print of the Terms and Conditions for your records. If you need to make an amendment or cancellation, call our special help line on 0906 601 1150. Calls are charged at 60p a minute.

Hotels

Your hotel booking will be made directly with the hotel. Page & Moy act as an agent only. The Conditions of Booking relating to your hotel will be displayed before you are asked to proceed and confirm your booking. Please read and take a print of these Terms & Conditions and keep for your records.

Booking Confirmation
After your booking has been confirmed, we will send a Confirmation Email to your email address. This will contain details of your travel arrangements and costs, please check that the information is as requested. Please take a print of the email and take it with you when you check in. Cancellations
Information on how to cancel will be described in the Confirmation Email we send you. Cancellations can only be made online and you will need your original reference number. Please do NOT telephone the hotel direct as they will not be able to deal with your query.

Your contract and booking

Holidays booked through TheTravelBrand.Com are made through Page & Moy Ltd, who act as the travel agent, ABTA no 99529. Your holiday contract is with the Tour Operator. However, Page & Moy reserve the right to decline a booking at its discretion.

Availability

All holidays, including Late Offers, are subject to availability at the time the booking is made.

Your Tickets

Tickets and travel documents are normally supplied 7 to 10 days prior to departure.

What about Passports, Visas and Health?

Please note all general information relating to your destination from the Tour Operator's brochure, in particular please note the Passport, Visa and Health requirements for your destination.

Passports

The following applies to British Citizens holding a British passport travelling for a tourist purpose from the UK: You will need a full 10 year passport to travel on all holidays except those in the UK. In order to comply with regulations imposed by certain countries your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of your return. If your passport expires earlier than this it may still be acceptable but you should contact your local passport office or the Consulate or Embassy of country to be visited for detailed advice. If you do not already have a passport, or your passport is about to expire please enquire at your main Post Office or nearest Passport Office at least eight weeks before departure. If your child does not have a passport, or its not already included on a valid passport, he or she now require their own passport. You will need to ask at your Passport Office for full details. We strongly advise that you contact your local Passport office or the Consulate or Embassy of the country you will be visiting for detailed advice. Other passport holders should check with the Consulate or Embassy of the country you will be visiting for further information.

Visas

You may require a visa for your holiday. For British Citizens holding a British Passport information on visas will be detailed in your Tour Operator's brochure and is also available from the relevant Embassy. We will be pleased to assist with any queries you have, but please note that information given by us or the tour operator may become out of date so we advise that you check with the relevant Embassy in good time.

Health

Travel to certain countries may mean that it is advisable or compulsory for you to be inoculated against certain illnesses. In view of the fact that the information is constantly changing we cannot guarantee to give you up-to-date information. We suggest you read the Department of Health leaflet which can be obtained by phoning 0800 555 777 and contact your GP, or local health authority. Remember if you have any queries our Sales Consultants will be happy to advise you, and in addition we will send you full details of useful contacts, addresses and telephone numbers with your confirmation details. Please note though that it is your responsibility to obtain the relevant documentation and inoculations required, and not the responsibility of Page & Moy or the Tour Operator.

Making your payment

You may make it in one of the following ways: Delta or Switch; credit card (Visa or MasterCard); cheque or postal order. Cheques should be made payable to Page & Moy Ltd. We need your payment to be made in pounds sterling.

No charge is made for payment by Switch or Delta debit cards, however credit card payments for bookings outside of 8 weeks of departure will incur a 1.59% Credit Card Company handling fee. You will need to pay a deposit at the time of booking and the balance paid 10 weeks prior to departure. If your departure date is within 8 weeks of booking you will need to make full payment plus £10.00 per person booking fee. No Credit Card Company handling fee will be applied to bookings within 8 weeks of departure.

Holiday Insurance

It is a condition of booking with every Tour Operator that passengers must have adequate travel insurance at the time of booking, this means that you are properly covered against unexpected cancellation charges prior to departure and events occurring during your holiday. Page & Moy currently offer a quality policy with Preferential Insurance Services Limited. This high quality holiday and travel insurance will ensure you have complete peace of mind both before you travel and whilst you are on holiday. The Preferential Elite Policy is competitively priced and can offer the following example rates: for a 16 night holiday in Europe £37.95 per person, and Worldwide £69.95. These premiums are subject to change without notice. If you require, Insurance details are available on request. (Please be aware that all insurance policies contain exclusions and it is essential prior to purchasing any policy to bring any pre-existing medical conditions to the attention of the insurers)

What if I need to cancel ?

In the event that you cancel the holiday, the Tour Operator will issue a cancellation invoice detailing the cancellation charges applicable. If your holiday has been discounted, the discounts will not apply to these cancellation charges and if you have paid your full balance for the holiday the discount is refundable to Page & Moy. If the cancellation is covered by your travel insurance this will be based on the Tour Operator's cancellation charges. All cancellations must be made in writing by the lead name in your party to:

Holiday Queries

We will be pleased to assist you with any queries you have in connection with the booking. However any disputes following your holiday should be taken up with your Tour Operator and we will pass on any correspondence on your behalf if you wish. In the unlikely event of an unresolved dispute it may be referred to arbitration under a special scheme, which, though devised by arrangement with the Association of British Travel Agents, is administered quite independently by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Details of the scheme will be provided on request. Full details are available from the Association of British Travel Agents, 68-71 Newman Street, London, W1P 4HP.
